1. Introduction

EpockAI ("we", "us", "our") sells digital products — specifically Liquid-native Shopify sections and related assets ("Products"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all purchases made through our storefront on Lemon Squeezy.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a single-store, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on one (1) Shopify store. You may:

• Install and use the Product on one Shopify store
• Modify the code to suit your store's needs
• Receive lifetime updates included with your purchase

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Product files with others
• Use the Product on more than one store per purchase
• Sub-license or transfer your license to another party
• Publish the Product code publicly (e.g., on GitHub or theme marketplaces)

3. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive an email from Lemon Squeezy with a download link. Downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@epockai.com.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Products, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@epockai.com within 30 days of your purchase date. We process refunds the same day — no proof of use required, no screenshots, no explanations needed.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Support

Email support is included with every purchase. Contact us at support@epockai.com and we respond within 24 hours. Support covers installation assistance, bug fixes, and questions about using the Product. Support does not cover general Shopify theme customization unrelated to our Products.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, documentation, and assets included in our Products remain the intellectual property of EpockAI. Your purchase grants you a usage license as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. The EpockAI name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of EpockAI and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. EpockAI is not responsible for:

• Store performance, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes
• Conflicts with third-party apps, plugins, or theme customizations
• Data loss or downtime resulting from Product installation
• Changes to Shopify's platform that affect Product functionality

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the address associated with your purchase) at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Products after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
