EpockAI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We keep this simple — we collect only what's necessary to run our business and support you.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Email address — collected when you subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase. Used to deliver your order, send purchase receipts, and (if subscribed) send product updates and content.
• Name — collected at purchase via Lemon Squeezy for order records and receipts.
• Payment information — credit card and billing details are collected and processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We never see or store your full payment details.

We do not collect any data beyond what is listed above. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or behavioral profiling.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track individual users across sessions or sites. Data collected is aggregated and anonymous (page views, referrers, device types, countries).

We also use Vercel Speed Insights to monitor Core Web Vitals performance. This also operates without cookies or personal data.

4. Newsletter

Our newsletter is powered by Listmonk (self-hosted on EpockAI infrastructure). If you subscribe, your email address is stored in our Listmonk instance and used solely to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and digital product delivery. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
• Listmonk — self-hosted newsletter infrastructure operated by EpockAI.
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics. Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Each of these services has its own data practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies if you have concerns about how they handle your data.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 5, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our products and services to you.

7. GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Purchase records (name, email, order details) are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and legal obligations, typically 7 years.
• Newsletter email data is held in our self-hosted Listmonk system and removed when you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — no individual retention applies.
